This thrown pottery style hanging hummingbird feeder is made of ceramic eartheware.  The outside of the hummingbird feeder is glazed in a glossy glaze called Purple Fantasy.    The feeder is hand cast and fired in my kiln.  All glaze used is non-toxic.  This hummingbird feeder is hand made with a lot of care and will bring you many years of enjoyment. 

The hanging humming bird feeder measures approximately 4 1/2" diameter at the widest point, it is approximately 6 1/2" long without the feeding tube. 

Your feeder will come equipped with a feeder end, it fits snugly in the bottom of the feeder so the birds can obtain the nectar. The feeder holds 3 cups (24 oz.) of nectar.  Be sure to completely fill your feeder with nectar when you place the feeder end into the feeder and turn it upright it will cause a vacuum keeping your nectar from dripping.  The feeder has a built in loops for easy hanging, a decorative brass chain is included so all you need to do is fill and hang it.
