This hanging birdfeeder is a little larger than some of my others, it is also made of terracotta clay, which has been glazed making it water proof.  The top of the feeder resembles a thatch roof, it has been glazed in a deep green for a great contrast.  The feeder hangs from cotton cable cord, there is a hole at the top of the feeder where the cord slides through.  

This larger terracotta birdfeeder is generous in size measuring 7 1/2" tall x 7" in diameter, each side of the feeder is open, the opening is arched, 5" wide x 3" tall, the space between the openings is approximately 5".  The tray area is approximately 7" in diameter x 1 1/4" deep, it holds a large amount of bird seed.  Ideal for hanging in a tree, on your porch or on a shepherds pole.  Great gift for any bird watcher. 

The cotton cable cord is approximately 20" long.
