These black cat napkin rings are handmade of ceramics in my studio located in central Texas, USA.  Each piece is cast from a ceramic mold for uniformity and kiln fired.  Detailed design is hand painted and each piece is glazed using a brush for durability.  All color and glaze used is non-toxic. The bottom of each napkin ring is finished on the with felt, it will protect any surface where the napkin rings are used.
