This beautiful open wing butterfly tea bag caddy, small spoon rest or catch all is finished in a jewel tone glaze called Agate.  The butterfly is made of slip cast ceramics for uniformity and kiln fired.  The background is a sage green shade, it is a low sheen glaze, not glossy, the black/brown crystals have randomly melted giving those areas a glossy look.  The body of the butterfly is basic black.  Please note, due to the type of glaze used the ’spots of color’ on the one you receive may differ from the photo. 

The butterfly measures 4 1/4“ wide x 3 3/4“ tall, dishwasher safe.
