This is a Heart Tea Bag Holder, small Spoon Rest or Universal Catch All with hand painted Texas Bluebonnet wildflowers nestled up against an old fence post with barbed wire.  Some Indian Paintbrush flowers have been sprinkled in.  The teabag rest is dishwasher safe and the colors or design will not wash off, fade or peel.
