This two tone oxford lace up style shoe with high heels is made of ceramic and designed to be used as a Tea Bag Holder, Small Spoon Rest or catch all.  The old time oxford shoe is two tone, blue and white and the shoe laces are tied in a bow.  All detail is hand painted.
