This Double Cap Mushroom or Toadstool is a plant tender or aqua spike. It is ceramic. Plant Sitters are designed to keep outdoor hanging baskets, flower garden containers or indoor potted house plants watered, reducing the need for constant attention. They also help avoid overwatering house plants. Plant sitters are easy to use, just insert the porous spike into the soil and fill the reservoir with water. The soil soaks up the water from the porous cone, just fill the reservoir as needed. Water help to keep plants watered while you are away.

4 1/2" tall overall X 2 1/8" wide X 1 1/4" deep
Opening at top is approx. 3/4" diameter
Drainage spike that is inserted into the soil is approx. 2 1/2" long.  

This plant tender is made of hand cast with clay slip and fired in my kiln. Each piece is glazed by hand and fired in my kiln a second time.  All glaze used is non-toxic.
