Medium Ceramic Chicken shelf sitter, also known as a "suicide" chicken.  The white chicken is designed to set on the edge of a shelf.  They are great for decorating in the kitchen, set them at the top edge of your upper cabinets, or even on the window sill.

The chicken is 6 1/2" long overall.  From the feet to the top of the tail (the part that is above the shelf) is approximately 4 1/2" tall, the section that is below the shelf is approximately 2" long (this is the neck & head). 

The shelf should be about 4" wide for the chicken to set nicely, you could get away with a 3 1/2" shelf, the chicken design is balanced so there is no chance of it tipping over. 

The entire body is white, the feet and beek are a golden color, the comb is the typical red.
