Country Blue Fabric Chicken Shelf Sitter.

This little farm chick is an original creation of mine. I came up with the idea several years ago and have a lot of fun making them.

The chicken shelf sitter is made of cotton fabric strips that have been stitched together, the back is a solid piece of fabric that coordinates with the front color theme. The knobby knee legs and head comb are made of jute, the beak is felt and wiggly eyes. The chicken is weighty at the bottom, it has the feel of a bean bag.

The hen is designed to sit on the edge of a shelf or table, they can also sit on the edge of your computer monitor. Made to be cheery and fun and they won’t take up a lot of space. A must for any chicken collector!

The chickens are approximately 5 1/5” wide x 12” long.
