Framed hand embroidery with embellishments titled "Sisters".  

Let that special sister or someone close like a sister know how much you care about them with this hand embroidery art work.  Each letter is hand embroidered, no machines are used to complete it. 

The fabric used for the background of this embroidery is a natural cotton fabric. 

The embroidery piece is named "Sisters", following is a detailed description of each letter: 

The capital "S" is an embroidered grape vine with grape bunches.  The grape bunches are french knots 3 shades, hand dyed silk thread was used to make the grapes..
The "i" is made with french knots in the shape of a heart, at the top of the heart are 3 flowers, I used buttons for the flowers and french knots to form the flower centers.
The "s" is a trail of a lady bug, the lady bug is at the end of the ’s’.
The "t" is a dragonfly, I used metalic thread for the dragonfly.
The "e" is made of verigated purple flowers and leaves, the flower petals & centers are french knots.
The "r" is formed with a leaf and flower bud and the last "s’" is made with a thread and needle.

The emboridery picture is framed in an ornate frame that is a dark shade, the frame is not wood.

The framed embroidery picture measures 14 1/4" long X 6" tall and is ready to hang.
