Domestic Orders

All Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail  or Parcel Post with Deliver Confirmation. 

  • When will my order ship?
    • In-stock items are normally shipped 2 -3 business days after full payment is received.
  • How are domestic shipping and handling charges determined?
    • They are based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address in the United States, including Hawaii & Alaska.   Shipping by weight is the most accurate method of determining shipping charges, a small handling fee is included to cover costs of packing materials. 

International Orders

  • Canadian shipping.
    • Shipments to Canada are sent First Class Mail International or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is an option. 
  • International shipping.
    • International orders are sent either First Class Mail International or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is an option.
  • APO Addresses.
    •  YES, we ship to APO & FPO addresses, please contact Texas Ceramics if you need to have items shipped to an APO or FPO. 

Shipping Addresses 

  • How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?
    • Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address.  If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
    • Ceramic ware is breakable therefore extra special care is given to sufficiently package breakable items, a small handling fee is added to the shipping cost to cover the materials used.  

Insurance, Taxes & Fees

  • Insurance & Damaged Items.  
    • Your order is packed with great care, however once a package leaves our hands we cannot be certain how it is treated, therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance.
  • Taxes or Fees.
    • Buyers are responsible for any tax, duty or fee associated with the shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 7 days from order date or at our discretion.

Special Orders

Texas Hill Country Ceramics accepts special orders, however special orders must be paid in full before the order can be started.  Special orders are not eligible for return or refund. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to a Texas address. All sales tax collected is reported and paid to the State of Texas.   Texas Permit #3-20156-1677-7.

Product Pricing and Availability

Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Web site.  Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserved the right to add or remove items from our Web site, at any time at our discretion.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.  The receipt or delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation issued by the shipper.  Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To obtain a RAN please contact Texas Ceramics by email.  Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued for merchandise only using the same payment method used to make the purchase provided the items are returned undamaged.   For your protection please insure and obtain delivery confirmation on return packages.   Please contact Texas Ceramics if you have any questions.
