Giant Red and White Cap Mushroom Water Globe or Ceramic Water Ball for Potted House Plants or Patio Container Gardens

This giant mushroom with a red and white cap is a ceramic water globe or plant tender.  Watering globes are used to extend time between watering plants and can be used for outdoors flower container gardens or indoors potted house plants. 

Ceramic water globes are easy to use, fill the globe with water and push the 8 inch long ceramic stake into the soil, the water is drawn into the soil as it is needed.    

Each mushroom water globe is hand made of slip cast ceramics using a mold for uniformity, once dried it is kiln fired.  All water globes are glazed inside and out so they are completely waterproof.  All glaze used is non-toxic.  Water globe are a great way to maintain your plants and reduce the need for constant attention.  Using a watering globe also helps avoid over watering a common problem with indoor house plants. 

Each water globe measures:

• 12 inches long,
• the globe is approximately 4 inches in diameter,
• the spike is approx. 8 inches long.
