Domestic Orders

 All Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Your choice of shipping include: Priority Mail Service (Delivery Confirmation is included),  Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail Parcel*, Insurance is optional.  Due to our rural location we do not offer next day delivery.  *Weight limitations apply per USPS.

 
  • When will my order ship?

    • In-stock* items are normally shipped in approximately 2 - 3 business days after full payment is received, *items that are "made to order" require a longer make ready time.  Longer make ready times are noted in the item description and the time is based on 'business days'.     

  • How are domestic shipping charges determined?

    • They are based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address in the United States, including Hawaii & Alaska.   Shipping by weight is the most accurate method of determining shipping charges. 

 

International Orders
  • Canadian shipping.

    • Shipments to Canada are sent First Class Mail International* or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional. *Weight limitations apply per the USPS 

  • International shipping.

    • International orders are sent either First Class Mail International* or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional. *Weight limitations apply per the USPS

 

  • APO Addresses.

    •  YES, we ship to APO & FPO addresses, please contact Texas Ceramics if you need to have items shipped to an APO or FPO. 

       Shipping Addresses 

  • How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?

    • Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address.  If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
    • Please keep in mind ceramic pottery is breakable and must be packed so you will receive it in one piece.  A small fee is added in with the shipping cost to cover the cost of packing materials.

 Insurance, Taxes & Fees

  • Insurance & Damaged Items.  

    • Your order is packed with great care, however once a package leaves our hands we cannot be certain how it is treated, therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance.
  • Taxes or Fees.

    • Buyers are responsible for any tax, duty or fee associated with the shipment.

Order Cancellation
 
Cancellation of Credit Card orders:  Orders placed and paid with a credit card and then cancelled are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee, this fee cannot be waived. 
 
Special Orders

Texas Hill Country Ceramics accepts special orders.  Special orders require a deposit of 50% before the order can be started.    Special orders are not eligible for return or refunds.    

Sales Tax

    Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to a Texas address. All sales tax collected is reported and paid to the State of Texas.   Texas Permit #3-20156-1677-7.

Product Pricing and Availability

Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Website.  Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to add or remove items from our Website, at any time at our discretion.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The receipt or delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation issued by the USPS or carrier used.  Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To obtain a RAN please contact Texas Ceramics by email.  Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued for merchandise* only using the same payment method used to make the purchase provided the items are returned undamaged.   For your protection please insure and obtain delivery confirmation on return packages.   *Returned orders are subject to a 15% retocking fee.  Please contact Texas Ceramics if you have any questions.
