Domestic Orders

• When will my order ship?

  • In-stock* items are normally shipped in approximately 2 - 3 business days after full payment is received, *items that need to be made will require longer shipping time, longer shipping times are noted in the item description and the time is based on 'business days'.     

• How are domestic shipping charges determined?

  • They are based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address in the United States, including Hawaii & Alaska.   Shipping by weight is the most accurate method of determining shipping charges. 

• Canadian shipping.

  • Shipments to Canada are sent First Class Mail International or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional. 

• International shipping.

  • International orders are sent either First Class Mail International or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional.

• APO Addresses.

  •  YES, we ship to APO & FPO addresses, please contact Texas Ceramics if you need to have items shipped to an APO or FPO. 

     Shipping Addresses 

• How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?

  • Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address.  If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
  • Please keep in mind ceramic pottery is breakable and must be packed so you will receive it in one piece.  A small fee is added in with the shipping cost to cover the cost of packing materials.

 Insurance, Taxes & Fees

• Insurance & Damaged Items.  

  • Your order is packed with great care, however once a package leaves our hands we cannot be certain how it is treated, therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance.

• Taxes or Fees.

  • Buyers are responsible for any tax, duty or fee associated with the shipment.

*All Payments must be for exact amount of purchase.   Orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 business days from order date or at THCC's discretion. 

Texas Hill Country Ceramics accepts special orders.  Special orders require a deposit of 50% before the order can be started.    Special orders are not eligible for return or refunds.    

Sales Tax

    Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to a Texas address. All sales tax collected is reported and paid to the State of Texas.   Texas Permit #3-20156-1677-7.

Product Pricing and Availability

Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Web site.  Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to add or remove items from our Web site, at any time at our discretion.

Return Policy

 Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The receipt or delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation issued by the USPS or carrier used.  Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To obtain a RAN please contact Texas Ceramics by email.  Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued for merchandise* only using the same payment method used to make the purchase provided the items are returned undamaged.   For your protection please insure and obtain delivery confirmation on return packages.   *Returned orders are subject to a 15% retocking fee.  Please contact Texas Ceramics if you have any questions.      

Credit card payments for orders you place with Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts are received on a verified daily Thawte™ protected secure server, with Secure Sockets Layer ( SSL) connections for your security and privacy. Your credit card information will be received on a secure payment page with a browser address beginning with "https://". If you look at the Web site address in your browser window, non-secure sections of my site begin with “http://.” When you move to a secure area, the address changes to “https://”; the “s” means secure. You will also see a lock displayed in the lower right-hand corner.
