Shipping Time

 All shipping times noted are approximate estimates and may change due to unforseen delays.  If there is an extended delay notification will be made via email as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping date.  All time noted on this site are 'business days', Saturday, Sunday & holidays are not included in the time estimates. 

• When will my order ship?

  • In-stock* items:  My goal is to ship your order in approximately 3 business days after full payment is received.  "Made to order" items require longer make ready time.  "Made to order" shipping times are noted in the item description and is only an estimated target time.  All time noted is based on 'business days'.      Please allow for delivery time once your order is shipped, this can range from 2 - 3 days for Priority Mail, 3 -5 days for First Class Domestic or 6 - 15 days for Parcel Post.  All delivery times are per the USPS and are only approximate. 

• How are shipping charges determined?

  • Shipping charges are based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address in the United States, including Hawaii & Alaska.   Shipping by weight is the most accurate method of determining shipping charges.    All shipping charges are calculated by the USPS based on the zone of the delivery address.   

Domestic Orders 

 Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  Your choice of shipping include: Priority Mail Service (Delivery Confirmation is included),  Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail Parcel*, Insurance is optional, however it is recommended.  Due to our rural location we do not offer next day delivery.  *Weight limitations apply per USPS.

International Orders

• Canadian shipping.

  • Shipments to Canada are sent First Class Mail International* or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional. *Weight limitations apply per the USPS 

• International shipping.

  • International orders are sent either First Class Mail International* or Global Priority (your choice), insurance is optional. *Weight limitations apply per the USPS 

• APO Addresses.

  •  YES, we ship to APO & FPO addresses, please contact Texas Ceramics if you need to have items shipped to an APO or FPO. 

     Shipping Addresses 

• How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?

  • Shipping charges are applied based on the merchandise weight shipped to a single address.  If an order is shipped in multiple packages or a back-ordered item is shipped at a later date, there are no additional shipping charges.
  • Please keep in mind ceramic pottery is breakable and must be packed so you will receive it in one piece.  A fee is included in shipping cost to cover the cost of packing materials.

 Insurance, Taxes & Fees

• Insurance & Damaged Items.  

  • Your order is packed with great care, however once a package leaves our hands we cannot be certain how it is treated, therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance.  If your purchase is insured and arrives damaged please contact me at info@texashillcountryceramics.com to begin the claim process.  Be sure to retain all packaging and the item, the postal inspector will need to see these items to process the claim.   

• Taxes or Fees.

  • Buyers are responsible for any sales tax, duty or fee associated with the shipment.

The following payment options are available:

• Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal*, Personal Check*, Money Order or Cashiers Checks*, Cash. 

•  *All Payments must be for exact amount of purchase.   Orders using non-credit card payment options will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 business days from order date or at THCC's discretion. If using a PayPal 'e-check' for payment orders will not be shipped until the 'e-check' clears.  This may take from 3 - 10 days.  I have no control over an e-check clearing, this is a PayPal policy.

Texas Hill Country Ceramics accepts special orders.  Special orders require a deposit of 50% before the order is started.    Special orders are not eligible for return or refunds.    

 Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Website.  Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to add or remove items from our Website, at any time at our discretion.  Some items may indicate an 'in-stock' status in error. 

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The receipt or delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation issued by the USPS or carrier used.  Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  To obtain a RAN please contact Texas Ceramics by email at info@texashillcountryceramics.com.   Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.  Refunds will be issued for merchandise* only using the same payment method used to make the purchase provided the items are returned undamaged.   For your protection please insure and obtain delivery confirmation on return packages.   *Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please contact Texas Ceramics if you have any questions.

Credit card payments for orders you place with Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts are received on a verified daily Thawte™ protected secure server, with Secure Sockets Layer ( SSL) connections for your security and privacy. Your credit card information will be received on a secure payment page with a browser address beginning with "https://". If you look at the Web site address in your browser window, non-secure sections of my site begin with “http://.” When you move to a secure area, the address changes to “https://”; the “s” means secure. You will also see a lock displayed in the lower right-hand corner.
