Shipping Time
All shipping times noted are approximate estimates and may change due to unforseen delays. If there is an extended delay notification will be made via email as soon as possible with an updated estimated shipping date. All time noted on this site are 'business days', Saturday, Sunday & holidays are not included in the time estimates.
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Your choice of shipping include: Priority Mail Service (Delivery Confirmation is included), Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail Parcel*, Insurance is optional, however it is recommended. Due to our rural location we do not offer next day delivery. *Weight limitations apply per USPS.

Payment Options
The following payment options are available:

Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal*, Personal Check*, Money Order or Cashiers Checks*, Cash.

*All Payments must be for exact amount of purchase. Orders using non-credit card payment options will be cancelled if payment has not been received within 5 business days from order date or at THCC's discretion. If using a PayPal 'e-check' for payment orders will not be shipped until the 'e-check' clears. This may take from 3 - 10 days. I have no control over an e-check clearing, this is a PayPal policy.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders: Orders placed and paid with a credit card and then cancelled are subject to a $2.50 cancellation fee, this fee cannot be waived.
Special Orders/Merchandise Availability
Texas Hill Country Ceramics accepts special orders. Special orders require a deposit of 50% before the order is started. Special orders are not eligible for return or refunds.
Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our Website. Texas Hill Country Ceramics & Gifts reserves the right to add or remove items from our Website, at any time at our discretion. Some items may indicate an 'in-stock' status in error.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The receipt or delivery date is determined by the delivery confirmation issued by the USPS or carrier used. Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain a RAN please contact Texas Ceramics by email at info@texashillcountryceramics.com. Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued for merchandise* only using the same payment method used to make the purchase provided the items are returned undamaged. For your protection please insure and obtain delivery confirmation on return packages. *Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact Texas Ceramics if you have any questions.
