Country Chicken & Rooster Salt & Pepper Shakers Black with White Dots Texas Farmhouse Collection

This set of country Chicken & Rooster Salt & Pepper Shakers is from my Texas Farmhouse Collection.  This set will add a touch of the country farm to your tableware setting or kitchen. Made of hand cast ceramics all ceramic materials are from the USA the rooster and chicken are finished in black with white dots.  Each one is hand painted so not two are alike.  This sweet set of county farmhouse salt and pepper shakers are made in the USA by Texas Ceramics.  Each shaker comes with plastic stoppers in the bottom for easy filling. 

The ceramic Rooster shaker measures:
• 2 3/4 inches tall
• 2 inches wide.

The coordinating ceramic hen shaker measures:
• 2 1/2 inches tall
• 2 inches wide.

Each set of chicken salt and pepper shakers is made of domestic slip ceramic earthenware and kiln fired to nearly 2000 degrees to mature the greenware to bisque. All detail is hand painted with non toxic underglaze and finished with food safe non-toxic glaze. The final glaze firing is brought up to the temperature of nearly 1800 degrees maturing the glaze sealing the outside of the ceramics with a coat of glass.

Keep in mind all shakers are hand painted so no two are exactly alike. Plastic stoppers included.
