Honey Pot Jar and Slotted Lid with Wood Dipper: Hand Painted Texas Bluebonnet Wildflowers

This ceramic honey jar or canister is fitted with a slotted lid and wood honey dipper.  The honey pot is decorated with hand painted Texas Bluebonnet wildflowers.  The ceramic honey jar can also be used as a sugar bowl and coordinates perfectly with many items I make with my original design of hand painted wildflowers called Field of Bluebonnets.  

This ceramic jar with lid is perfect for honey, jams/preserves or even sugar—this piece is designed for daily use and as a countertop accent. Each honey pot includes a wooden wood honey stick, making it ready to use.

The ceramic honey pot measurements are as follows:

• Overall height with lid is approximately 4 5/8 inches high.
• Jar: 
• 3 1/2 inches tall X 4 inches in diameter at bottom  
• 3 inches in diameter at top opening.
• the bottom is wide and well footed
• Holds 12 ounces comfortably
• Lid: 
• 3  1/4 inches in diameter
• 1 1/2 inches tall (including the easy to grip knob),
• approximately 1/4 inch of the lid fits inside the honey container.
• The lid is notched to allow for the dipper or spoon 
• Wood Dipper:
• 5 7/8 inches long overall 

Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended.

The highly detailed bluebonnet design is hand painted and on all sides.  This honey pot or sugar bowl is made in my shop in the beautiful Hill Country in central Texas.
