This mini Pedestal cupcake stand with a flared base and raffle edge plate is handmade. This beautiful pedestal mini-cake stand features a smooth base with a band of blue on the bottom edge, the remainder is finished in a periwinkle was.  The plate has a ruffle edge, it is highlighted in deep blue, the top of the plate has 5 handpainted Texas Bluebonnet blooms on the outer edge of the flat portion of the plate. It is a beautiful way to serve a couple of sweet goodies with your afternoon coffee or tea. It also makes a beautiful and thoughtful gift for Mother's Day, birthdays and as a housewarming gift.
